# Bankshot Bandits Terms of Use

## Playing the game

Bankshot Bandits is made by bee n moss. These draft terms describe personal use of the ricochet puzzle game and its planned store features. Android and iOS releases are in development; public downloads are not yet available.

## Permitted use

You may play a legitimately obtained build for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the applicable store licence. Do not resell the game, misrepresent its ownership, or bypass purchase verification or access controls. Rights granted by applicable law and third-party open-source licences remain unaffected.

## Ads and optional purchases

The planned store release includes occasional interstitial ads after wins and optional rewarded ads for hints. Retry and undo remain free. Ad availability depends on the service, connection, and privacy choices; a rewarded ad may not always be available.

Remove Ads is a planned one-time, non-consumable purchase that disables interstitials. It is not a subscription and does not remove optional rewarded ads. The purchasing store displays the price, currency, and applicable taxes before confirmation.

Payments and refund requests follow the purchasing store’s procedures and applicable law. Use Restore purchases with the store account used to buy the entitlement. Uninstalling the game does not itself refund a purchase. These terms do not remove statutory refund rights.

## Progress and privacy

Stars, unlocked levels, and settings are stored on your device, without a game account or cloud save. Removing local data can lose progress. Store purchase records are separate from the local save.

## Development and availability

Levels, features, and release plans may change during development. Planned monetization is not a promise that store purchasing is available in a test build. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
