# Fairyring Terms of Use

Terms for using Fairyring to view and control your own Mac, and for the optional Fairyring Pro subscription.

## 1. Agreement and service

These terms govern your use of Fairyring, published by MD HABIBUR RAHMAN under bee n moss. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable App Store or Google Play terms. Fairyring connects to Macs through macOS Screen Sharing so you can see and control them.

## 2. Your Macs and your responsibility

Only connect to Macs you own or are allowed to control. You are responsible for your Mac’s Screen Sharing settings, its password, and how it is reached. Do not expose Screen Sharing directly to the internet; use your local network, Tailscale, or another VPN.

## 3. Free version and Fairyring Pro

Every feature is available for free; the free version shows banner ads. Fairyring Pro is an automatically renewing yearly subscription that removes all ads and locks no features. The store shows the localized price and billing period before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

The subscription renews every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; Pro stays active until the end of the paid year. Uninstalling Fairyring does not cancel it. Refunds, billing problems, and disputes are handled by the purchasing store under its terms and applicable law.

## 4. Third-party services

Screen Sharing is part of macOS, ads come from Google AdMob, and Tailscale is a separate service. Their availability, behaviour, and terms are outside our control. Mac, macOS, and Screen Sharing are trademarks of Apple Inc. Fairyring is not affiliated with Apple or Tailscale.

## 5. Acceptable use

Do not use Fairyring to access computers without permission, to interfere with other people’s systems, to bypass purchase controls, or for anything unlawful.

## 6. Availability and changes

Features or these terms may change when reasonably needed for product operation, security, law, or platform requirements. The date above identifies the current version.

## Consumer rights and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fairyring is provided as available, without a guarantee that connections will always be possible, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
