# Fuellin Support

Help with fuel entries, mileage, backups, reports, purchases, or app access.

## Before contacting support

- Check that the correct vehicle and units are selected.
- Mileage needs suitable full-tank endpoints; partial refills stay pending until the next full tank.
- For purchase issues, confirm that you are signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account used to buy Premium, then use Restore Purchases. A pending payment does not unlock Premium.
- For backup issues, keep the original local data and do not overwrite your only backup.

## What to include

Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, Google or Apple access token, full store receipt, or complete backup file by ordinary email.

## Privacy and deletion

Fuellin has no developer account to delete. Local records and optional backup snapshots are controlled from the app. Deleting records or uninstalling does not cancel Premium: manage the subscription through the purchasing store. See the project privacy and data-deletion pages for guidance.
