# Fuellin Terms of Use

Terms for using Fuellin and its optional Premium features.

## 1. Agreement and service

These terms govern your use of Fuellin: Fuel Log, published by MD HABIBUR RAHMAN under bee n moss. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable platform terms. Fuellin records vehicles, refills, fuel cost, odometer readings and mileage estimates. You are responsible for accurate entries and for keeping the backups you need.

## 2. Premium and billing

Fuellin Premium Annual is an automatically renewing yearly subscription that removes banner ads and unlocks custom-period and cross-vehicle comparisons, detailed reports and PDF export. The purchasing store shows the localized price, billing period and any applicable offer before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account; renewal continues until you cancel under that store’s displayed terms.

Google Play or Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds and billing disputes. Premium starts after the store confirms a valid purchase; pending payment does not unlock it. Restore Purchases checks the current store account. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Google Play and Apple accounts or stores.

## 3. Free features and cancellation

Fuel logging, history, basic statistics, CSV export and local backups remain available without Premium and after Premium ends. Cancel through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions, using the purchasing account. You can also use Manage subscription in Fuellin. Uninstalling Fuellin or deleting local data does not cancel the subscription.

## Cancellation, refunds and access

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and keeps Premium available until the paid period ends. Refunds, grace periods, billing holds, revoked purchases and the end of access follow the store’s confirmed status and applicable law. Refund requests are handled by the purchasing store. Core local records remain available when Premium ends.

## 4. Calculations and responsibility

Mileage and cost results are practical estimates based on the information you enter. Do not rely on Fuellin as the sole source for vehicle safety, maintenance, taxes, reimbursement, accounting, or financial decisions.

## 5. Availability and acceptable use

Ads, store billing, and optional cloud backup depend on third-party services and may be unavailable or changed. Do not misuse the app, interfere with services, bypass purchase controls, or use Fuellin unlawfully.

Features or these terms may change when reasonably needed for product operation, security, law or platform requirements. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. The date above identifies the current version.

## Consumer rights and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fuellin is provided as available without a guarantee that estimates, optional online services or backups will always be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
