# Pantrove Terms of Use

Terms for Pantrove: Grocery List, Free and Plus household limits, advertising, subscriptions, and shared content.

## 1. Agreement and service

By creating an account or using Pantrove: Grocery List, operated by bee n moss, you agree to these terms. Pantrove helps households share a grocery list; it does not sell groceries or process grocery orders. You are responsible for entered information and purchase decisions. Android is in closed testing and may have incomplete features; iOS is not publicly released.

## 2. Accounts and households

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and share invite codes only with trusted people. Household members can see and change the shared list. Do not access another account, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or misuse the service. You must meet the minimum age for online services in your location and obtain any consent required by law.

## 3. Your content

You own the items, notes, and photos you submit and must have the rights to submit them. You grant bee n moss permission to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and support Pantrove. Shared content can remain for other members after account deletion. Photo URLs can be viewed by anyone who has the URL; do not upload sensitive images.

## 4. Free and Pantrove Plus

Free accounts can create up to four active households, with up to five members per household. Pantrove Plus allows unlimited active households and up to twenty members per household created by the subscriber. Plus removes ads for the subscriber and members while they select a household created by an active subscriber. Joining a subscriber to a Free household does not increase its capacity. Leaving or transferring ownership does not free a creation slot; deleting the household does. Free builds may show banners on Household and Settings, outside the shopping flow.

## Subscription price, renewal, and cancellation

Paid checkout is disabled in the current Android release. When available, Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Configured US prices are USD 0.99 per month or USD 9.99 per year; Bangladesh prices are BDT 150 per month or BDT 1,400 per year. The store displays the price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal terms for your region before you confirm. No free trial is currently offered.

The store charges your selected payment method and renews the subscription unless you cancel through that store. Cancel renewal in Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, including any verified store grace period. Refunds, revocation or failed renewal may end benefits. The store and applicable law determine refund eligibility; these terms do not remove statutory rights.

After Plus ends, existing households, members and items remain, but Free limits apply to new creation and joins, and ads may resume. Billing-period changes offered in Pantrove take effect at renewal. ## 5. Availability and ending use

Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. The list works offline, but changes sync only when you are online. You may stop using Pantrove or delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for material breach, unlawful use, or serious security risk.

## 6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pantrove is provided as is and as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
