# Revelkeep Support

Help with offline inventory, sync, photos, Plus and Pro subscriptions, and account access.

## Contact support

Email habiburrahmantalha@gmail.com. Include the app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, reset token, QR payload, or sensitive item photos.

## Availability

Revelkeep is available for Android on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.silentgrove.reveltrove. The current Android release is 1.0.2. An iOS release is planned; there is no public App Store download yet.

## Common recovery steps

- Open Settings → Sync details and select Retry sync.
- Confirm that the correct Revelkeep account is signed in.
- For a forgotten password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- For camera access, open the device app settings and allow Camera.
- For purchase issues, sign in to the Revelkeep account that made the purchase and use Restore purchases on the Premium screen with the same store account.
- Use Manage subscription on the Premium screen to change or cancel your plan. Deleting the app or account does not cancel store billing.
- If you reach a plan limit, existing inventory remains available. Upgrade or remove records before adding more; use Retry sync for changes blocked while offline.
- Before signing out with pending changes, choose to sync, keep them for the same account, or explicitly discard them. Do not clear app storage to troubleshoot unsynced work.

## Privacy and account requests

You can export or delete your data from Settings. See the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion instructions for details.

## Response expectations

We aim to acknowledge support and privacy requests within seven days. Urgent security reports should use the subject “Revelkeep security.”
