## Playing the prototype

Ripple Garden is made by bee n moss. These draft terms describe personal use of the current eighteen-garden development prototype. Android testing is underway; iPhone and iPad versions are planned. There is no public store release yet.

## Permitted use

You may play a legitimately obtained build for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell the game, misrepresent its ownership, or bypass access controls. Rights granted by applicable law and third-party open-source licences remain unaffected.

## Progress and development changes

Completed gardens and motion preferences are stored on your device. Unfinished routes are not saved, and there is no cloud save. Clearing app storage or removing save files resets progress. Development builds may contain errors or change save compatibility, levels, and features.

The larger campaign and future platforms are plans, with no guaranteed release date.

## No payments in the current build

The current prototype has no ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. A possible one-time unlock is only a plan. Any paid release will describe its price, included content, and applicable store terms before purchase.

## Privacy and availability

The project’s privacy and data-deletion pages describe local saves and support messages. To the extent permitted by law, the prototype is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

## Updates and contact
