## Using Rush Roulette

These draft terms describe personal use of Rush Roulette, presented by bee n moss. Android testing is underway and iOS is planned. Development builds may change gameplay, tuning, presentation, or save compatibility before public release.

## Permitted use

You may play a legitimately obtained build for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell the game, misrepresent ownership, or bypass access controls. Rights granted by applicable law and third-party open-source licences remain unaffected.

## Scores and local progress

Survival scores and settings are stored on your device, without an account or cloud save. Practice does not update Survival records. Clearing storage can permanently remove records and tutorial progress. The privacy and data-deletion pages describe the local files and your choices.

## Current and planned purchases

The current test build has no active ads, purchases, subscriptions, or paid continues. Rewarded continues and Remove Ads remain plans. Any future paid release will explain its price, benefits, and applicable store terms before purchase.

## Availability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
