## Using Sproutfield

These draft terms describe personal use of Sproutfield, presented by bee n moss. Android release preparation is underway and iOS is deferred; a version number does not mean a public store release is available.

## Permitted use

You may play a legitimately obtained build for personal, non-commercial use, subject to any applicable store licence. Do not resell the game, misrepresent ownership, or bypass access controls. Rights granted by applicable law and third-party open-source licences remain unaffected.

## Free play and local records

Version 1.0 is free, offline, and ad-free, without in-app purchases or subscriptions. Hints and undo cost nothing. Assisted runs do not enter best times, and Daily permits one local ranked attempt per UTC day with practice retries.

Records are local and are not a verified online competition. Device-clock changes or deletion of local data can reset local restrictions. No prize, cash value, or online ranking is offered.

## Progress and development changes

Settings, saved games, and statistics stay on your device, without a game account or cloud save. Clearing storage can permanently remove them. Development builds may change features, boards, or save compatibility.

The privacy and data-deletion pages explain the current data practices. Future monetization or online features are outside version 1.0 and would require updated disclosures.

## Availability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
