Garden log

Every change,
season by season.

47 moments since the garden opened, 11 of them milestones. New projects, new places, and the small things in between.

October 2026

  1. Mycelium is growing in the greenhouse: the private portal that deploys, watches, and backs up everything on the garden’s server. A free, open-source version for any server is now in the seed tray.
  2. Follow along: field notes and the garden log now have RSS feeds, and every project page answers the common questions in a short “Good to know” section.
  3. Take a closer look at Revelkeep, Trekspell, and Pantrove: each project now has a feature banner and a screenshot gallery you can open in full.
  4. Trekspell: Gear & Packing is in Android closed testing for selected testers. Its project page has a fresh icon, a testing link, and updated privacy, support, and subscription information; iOS is still in preparation.
  5. MilestoneRevelkeep is available on Google Play. Organize belongings offline, sign in to sync, and choose Free, Plus or Pro as your inventory grows. iOS is planned.
  6. Our home-inventory companion has a new name: Revelkeep. Its project page and resources have moved together.
  7. MilestoneFuellin: Fuel Log is now available on Google Play. The iOS version has been submitted for preview, and its project page now includes a closer look at the app.
  8. Special eventOne last dance. Ten forever. A little extra time for Messi, tucked into the field notes, with a passport stamp for finding it.
  9. Find anything in the garden: press ⌘K or / and start typing.
  10. The toolshed gained two shelves: what the games are made with, and the AI tools that help along the way.
  11. MilestoneA hand-inked map of the whole garden, with red pennants on every place you have already been.
  12. MilestoneSmall games got a home of their own: one to play, and four still being made.
  13. The greenhouse moved into its own glasshouse, with room to grow more experiments under glass.
  14. The garden passport grew to seventeen stamps, including two you have to earn.
  15. MilestoneThe seed tray opened: five ideas in the soil, not yet sprouted.
  16. MilestoneThe toolshed opened: what every app, backend, and this website is built with.
  17. A greenhouse went up for experiments that will always stay under glass.
  18. Every project page now says who it is built for, and what it is built with.
  19. A Now page shows what the garden is tending this month.
  20. A garden passport arrived: ten stamps for the curious, kept only in your browser.
  21. The garden now follows the seasons, and a small clock in the footer keeps garden time.
  22. A World Cup simulator joined the compost heap once its season ended.
  23. Saying hello got easier: pick a conversation starter and the note begins itself.
  24. Wander off the path and a signpost now finds you, instead of a dead end.
  25. Back links now return you to the exact spot you left, not the top of the page.
  26. Every page now arrives with its own little card when you share it.
  27. MilestoneThe compost heap opened, a resting place for ideas that stopped growing and the lessons they left behind.
  28. MilestoneField notes took root: a quiet corner for writing about the work behind the garden.
  29. MilestonePollinate, the first small game, sprouted. Thirty seconds, one bee, as many flowers as you can reach.
  30. Every project now shows how far it has grown, from seed to bloom.
  31. The garden log got its own page, so you can rewind all the way to the first day.
  32. The garden now keeps time with yours: soft light at dawn, gold at dusk, and fireflies after dark.
  33. Garden sounds arrived: a creek, a breeze, and birds by day or crickets by night. Pages now change without reloading, so they play on as you wander.
  34. A wooden signpost appeared beside the path. It never points the same way twice.
  35. The bee grew curious about visitors. Try catching it.
  36. Project pages grew richer, with clearer feature cards, the promises each app keeps, and a back link that remembers where you came from.
  37. The garden started to move: pages grow into view, and the header steps aside while you read.
  38. Pantrove took root. Groceries, shared by the whole household.
  39. Every project now has its own inbox for support, privacy, and deletion requests.
