Battleship Account and Data Deletion

Delete an online account from Settings → Account. Offline matches are separate local data and must be removed from the device separately.

Updated October 26, 2026

Delete an online account

  1. Open a configured online build and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account and sign in again when asked to confirm ownership.
  3. If a battle is active, review the surrender confirmation. Deletion also leaves any queue or waiting room.
  4. Follow the confirmation shown by the app. If deletion is pending, it is still being processed; contact support if you cannot complete the request.

What account deletion changes

The deletion flow removes your profile, device registrations, preferences, and sign-in identity, and removes your identity from retained match records. It does not delete offline games or the Apple or Google account used to sign in.

Store transaction and verification records can remain for purchase restoration. Deleting the game account does not request a refund or remove the store’s purchase history.

Remove offline data

On Android, close Battleship and clear its app storage in system Settings. On iOS, delete the app rather than offloading it. This removes local matches, recovery copies, and app preferences; it does not submit an online account-deletion request.

Separately remove any copies you exported or backed up yourself. Local progress cannot be recovered without a retained copy.

Request help without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject Battleship account deletion and enough information to identify the relevant game account. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send a password, sign-in token, or payment-card details. You can also ask about deletion of support correspondence.
