Draft terms for personal use of Battleship development builds, offline games, and configured online services.

Development builds
Battleship is presented by bee n moss for personal play. Test builds may change rules, saved-data compatibility, or service availability before release. Keep the version and build number when reporting problems.
Fair play and online availability
Use a legitimately obtained build and do not interfere with other players, automate abuse, or bypass service access controls. Online play requires a supported build, sign-in, and an available service. The displayed timers and Online rules govern each match, including surrender, timeouts, and no-result outcomes.
Local progress and purchases
Offline matches stay on your device and can be lost when app data is cleared. Signing in does not provide cloud backup for those matches.
The planned paid option is a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Store setup and billing validation are still in preparation; this page does not offer a purchase or promise a price. Any available checkout will show the applicable store price and terms. Use Restore purchases for a qualifying store purchase.
