Revelkeep Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Revelkeep mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Revelkeep.

2. The service

Revelkeep helps you record rooms, boxes, belongings, photos, tags, and QR labels. The service is an organizational aid. You remain responsible for verifying the location, ownership, condition, safety, and value of physical property.

3. Accounts and security

Core inventory works locally without an account. Optional sign-in enables cloud sync and account-bound paid subscriptions. Signing in adopts guest records into your account; queued changes and photos synchronize when a connection is available. Keep exports of important information, and do not clear storage while changes remain unsynced.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person’s account, test the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SilentGrove a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Revelkeep. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

5. Plans and subscriptions

Free includes ads and permits 5 rooms, 20 boxes, 100 items and one image per room, box or item. Plus removes ads and permits 20 rooms, 100 boxes, 1,000 items and three images per entity. Pro removes ads and permits unlimited inventory counts and five images per entity. Limits apply across your account. Images must be JPEG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 2 MB; unlimited inventory counts do not promise unlimited image sizes or storage.

Plus and Pro are auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions. The store checkout displays the localized price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Payment is charged by Google Play or Apple; subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the store's displayed terms. Manage or cancel through the store subscription settings. Cancellation normally retains paid access until the paid period ends; grace, billing hold, refund and revocation follow the store's confirmed status.

Paid offline features rely on recently verified account access for up to 72 hours and never beyond confirmed subscription expiry. Reconnect to refresh access. Server-side limits apply when queued changes sync; blocked changes remain available locally for you to resolve.

After expiry or downgrade, existing inventory and photos remain available to view, export and remove. New additions above the current plan limits are blocked. Purchases belong to the Revelkeep account that made them; restore with the same store account and Revelkeep account. Existing lifetime purchases retain ad removal with Free inventory limits.

Deleting your Revelkeep account does not cancel a store subscription. You can delete your account immediately; cancellation is a separate action in Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Deletion removes account-bound access; a new account cannot automatically restore the old purchase. Contact support for help. Refunds are handled under the store's applicable rules.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve and synchronize inventory reliably, but you should keep exports of information you cannot afford to lose. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address abuse.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Revelkeep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. SilentGrove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, property, profits, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Revelkeep or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, or a serious security risk. Sections that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.

These terms should be reviewed for the countries where the app is distributed before public release.
